| Dec 06 | Passengers to stage timetable protest - Monday 18th December 2006 saw c2c introduce a number of tweaks to their deeply unpopular Winter timetable (launched last week), and commuters suffered another slow, crowded journey this morning. The Evening Echo website reports that a planned passenger protest is set for 6pm today (Monday) to try to get c2c to see reason and get our trains running on time again.

Passengers are dreading the return of the misery line, and changes to the timetable just one week later have made little difference. If your journey has been messed with, you may want to sign the petition at www.petitiononline.com/c2c - nearly 4000 protest signatures so far.
